• She developed customized programs for organizations like: Alcatel, Alro, Anchor Grup, Daedalus Millward Brown, Ductil, GlaxoSmithKline, Generali Life Insurance, L’Oreal, Orange, Romstal, RTC, Scandia Romania, USAID, Wella etc.
• Carmen has a significant experience in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research studies. The experience in strategic marketing consultancy encompasses collaboration on contractual bases with leading companies in the field of distribution and retailing of non-food products.
• She was a member of the board of directors of an important company producing household goods.
• She’s been involved as trainer and/ or consultant in different international programs, such as PHARE, British Know-How Fund and UNCTAD – Trainfortrade.

• She has a PhD in economy, specialized in marketing. She attended postgraduate programs at Harvard Business School, USA (CEETP and Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning- CPCL Program).
• Carmen graduated programs focused on marketing research (at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK), management (IGIA, France), marketing and ethics (Wirtschaftsuniversität, Vienna, Austria). She developed specialized skills in training of trainers programs in the field of foreign trade (UNCTAD, Trainfortrade program), export management (Institute for Export – UK, TEXT/CE project), management of small and medium-size enterprises (UNCTAD – EMPRETEC), economy (Durham Business School, UK) etc.
• She has authored or co-authored 25 books,130 articles/ scientific papers, as well as multiple scientific papers and 50 marketing research studies.
