• Currently, she is the director of a non-governmental organization that activates in the field of active labor market measures, including adult vocational training.
• She collaborates with TRW Airbags Systems for which he has developed a training center, both functional and current.
• She participated in the development of the course modules and the Trainer’s Guide within the ALMAS – Open Distance Learning Program for alternative service providers on the labor market.
• She participated in study visits in the Netherlands and Slovenia, which were aimed to compare the vocational training system with those of the visited countries, materialized in recommendations regarding the new law of continuous vocational training.

• She graduated from the postgraduate program in pedagogy – psychology – teaching methodology at Al. Ioan Cuza University, in 1996 and from other training trainers programs organized by institutions from Romania, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands (Swiss Consulting Group, Aarhus Technical College and Holstebro Technical College, European Center for the Development of Vocational Training, The National Center for the Innovation of Education and Training in the Netherlands, Fontys University for Social Work).
• She also graduated quality assurance courses in the field of continuous vocational training.
