An intensive 2-day session for companies that want to transform the requirements of the Directive into an action plan: governance, salary criteria, recruitment without salary history, the right to information and preparation for phased reporting. The deadline for transposition into national legislation is June 7, 2026.

The course aims to reduce uncertainty related to compliance and support the construction of a pay equity framework, avoiding unnecessary losses and risks and transforming compliance requirements into a clear process with positive impact and competitive advantage.

Until recently, using AI in companies meant just conversations with a chatbot. Now, increasingly, it means assistants trained on internal processes, automation integrated into workflows, and agents managing operations. AI doesn’t just respond, it learns about the business, the activities, the customers.

This program provides managers and business professionals with the skills necessary to integrate AI effectively and tailored to the needs of the team and organization.

The program is structured into two days of intensive training and a follow-up session every 30 days, to allow for consolidation and practical application.

Duration – 2 sessions between 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM + 1 hour follow-up on June 23 at 2:00 PM, 6 hours that replace 100 hours of exploration, testing, learning on your own.

Emotional Assertiveness course helps you communicate clearly and calmly, manage your own emotions and those of others, and build more effective and trusting relationships. Through practical exercises and concepts from emotional intelligence, you will learn to handle conflicts without aggression, say “no” without tension, and become more assertive in both your personal and professional life.

The course is delivered exclusively in English.
