Leadership 360 is the only complete and integrated program in Romania that develops at least 10 skills necessary for a successful leader. More than a classic leadership course, it is an accelerator for developing the essential skills for 2030 identified by the World Economic Forum in “The Future of Jobs 2025”, with a strong focus on personal transformation, empathy, strategic thinking and adaptability.

For over 20 years, the program has been transforming leaders into the best version of themselves. Over the course of 4 months, you will explore essential topics for your leadership role: strategy and personal fulfillment, team motivation, conflict and change management, growth mindset, coaching, and more.

It is not a motivational course and it is not a “quick fix” program. It does not promise universal solutions and does not offer shortcuts to growth.

FAQ

What is Leadership 360 and how is it different from a regular leadership course?

Leadership 360 is a transformational program, built on three modules: Lead Self, how to lead yourself, Lead Others, how to lead people and teams, and Lead Business, how to lead a business through people. It is not a motivational course and does not promise quick recipes or universal solutions. You work in a complete framework: live sessions, an individual development path, 1:1 feedback and executive coaching, with an emphasis on real practice and on transforming intentions into behaviors that last.

Do I need a certain seniority or role to participate?

What matters is not your title, but the situation you’re in. The program is for people who are already leading, at any level, and feel that their role has grown faster than the way they lead. You’re a good fit whether you’re new to leadership and want a solid foundation, or you have experience and are looking for refinement and a space to practice. More important than years of experience is the willingness to work seriously on yourself, not just to collect information.

How much time does it take, in total, beyond the course days?

Beyond the nine course days, the program requires some time between sessions: team meetings outside the program, work on your individual development plan, individual sessions, and 30 days of practicing the new behavior you choose. Nothing overwhelming, but it’s good to go in knowing that results come from what you do between meetings, not just in the room.

Can I follow the program alongside a demanding job?

Yes, it’s built with that in mind. Sessions are scheduled on Thursdays, partly online in the evening and partly in person, spread over approximately three months, plus an intensive weekend. The pace gives you space to apply what you learn directly in your role as you progress. Worth keeping in mind are the experiential weekend and the time between sessions, which are best reserved from the start.

What assessments and individual support will I receive?

Beyond the group sessions, you have a serious personal path. You start with a set of assessments, including the Hogan EQ Assessment and tools such as PAEI and Adizes, which show how you function and how others see you. Based on these, you build, with guidance, an Individual Development Plan. You also have a 1:1 feedback session to kick it off, plus a 50-minute individual coaching session on a real situation. At the end, you work on a concrete challenge from your role, the Leadership Challenge, which you present and receive feedback on.

What happens to the assessment results and feedback? Are they confidential?

The assessments, including the emotional intelligence diagnostic, are personal development tools: the results are yours and you use them for your own journey. You work through them with guidance, in the 1:1 feedback and in the coaching session, in a setting where you can be honest without fear. The goal is not to be evaluated or graded, but to see yourself more clearly and decide what you want to change.

Do I need experience with horses for the experiential weekend?

No. The leadership lesson at the manège does not require you to know how to ride; it is not an equestrian activity, but a leadership one. You work with the horses guided and safely, and their role is to mirror the way you communicate and lead. Many participants arrive with no experience with animals and leave with one of the most powerful lessons of the program.
