The HR Management program is the only complex program in this field that gives you a complete picture of the HR department, from the perspective of a manager or future human resources manager – along with a valuable certificate and access to an elite community.

By participating in this program, you will have the chance not only to obtain valuable and current information from highly experienced practitioners, but also to practice it through case studies, debates and exchange of ideas with other fellow human resources specialists.

FAQ

What does the HR Management course cover and how is it structured?

The programme gives you a complete picture of an HR department, from strategy to operations and results. It is organised into three modules. The first positions you as a strategic partner: how to integrate HR into the company’s strategy, how to plan and how to build the HR budget. The second covers the full employee lifecycle: recruitment and selection, learning and development, motivation, performance management, compensation and benefits. The third goes into labour law and HR administration, including the latest updates to the Labour Code. Alongside the theory, you work on case studies, debates and a budget business case built around a retail scenario.

Do I need HR experience to keep up?

No extensive experience is required. The programme works both for those already managing an HR department and for those who are relatively new to HR or focused on a single activity and want the full picture. It starts from structure and logic, then goes into detail, so you can join regardless of where you are in your career. What matters is the interest in understanding how HR works end to end.

What do the team meetings involve and how much time do they take, on top of the sessions?

Alongside the sessions with the trainers, you work in a group of participants that meets weekly, outside class hours. That is where you apply what you have learned together and prepare the practical component of the programme. The time commitment is manageable alongside a job, and the rhythm is set by the group. It is a part that matters, because it takes you out of theory and gets you practising with real people.

How do I get certified and what do I receive at the end?

At the end of the programme you sit a written exam and present a practical final project. Graduates receive a Human Resources Manager certificate, accredited by CAFFPA. Beyond the certificate, you leave with a set of immediately applicable tools and access to a community of HR professionals.

What does the final exam and project look like?

At the end you have a written exam and a practical project, designed to show that you can apply what you have learned, not just reproduce theory. The exam is taken after completing all three modules. If you have attended and worked consistently throughout, you will have everything you need to pass.

Why choose the full programme instead of separate, shorter HR courses?

Short courses are useful when you want to go deep on a single topic, such as recruitment or labour law. The full programme offers something different: an integrated view of the entire department, an understanding of how the activities connect, and a certification at the end. If you want to think about HR strategically rather than in fragments, the full programme gives you that coherence.

Can I follow the course alongside a full-time job?

Yes, it is designed exactly for that. Sessions are scheduled once a week, on Tuesdays, partly online and partly in the classroom, spread over several months, so you can participate without interrupting your work. The only thing to factor in are the team meetings outside class hours, for which you set aside a little extra time during the course weeks.
