Sessions alternate between live online meetings on Zoom and in-person meetings, over the course of several weeks. The pace is built so you can participate alongside your job. The recommendation is to attend all sessions, as the topics are interconnected and a good part of the value comes from working together with the group. In addition to the sessions with the trainers, you work in a group of participants that meets weekly, outside of class hours. There you apply, between sessions, what you have learned, on a shared project. It is an important part of the program because it takes you out of theory and puts you to work in conditions close to real ones. The time required is manageable alongside your job, and coordination is handled within the team.

In the open course format you work on a team project together with the other participants, not necessarily on an internal one from your company. If you want your people to practice directly on the organization’s real projects, the right option is in-house delivery, customized to your context and challenges. In both cases you leave with methods you can apply immediately to your own projects.

It is not limited to IT. The structure and methods you learn work for projects of any type, regardless of industry, as we are talking about principles of planning, execution, control, and closure that apply across the board. That is why in the room you meet people from very different fields, which enriches the discussions and examples.

The program is built on international project management best practices and is delivered by trainers with solid practical experience and PMI certification.

At the end of the program you take an exam and receive the Project Manager certification issued by CAFFPA under COR code 242101, recognized nationally and across the European Union. This is the certification that allows you to move forward toward PMI certification.
