He has worked in various professional and educational fields with nonprofit, corporate and government clients. In 2003, he received the Trainer certificate for the “Who moved my cheese?” program and began to offer training services to prestigious companies such as: Angelini Pharma, AstraZeneca, Bayer, QAB (Pepsi) Romania, HP Romania, Heidelbergcement, HP, Industrial Access, MarcTel, Foundation for an Open Society, Telekom etc.

Professional experience

  • Gabriel is currently the Executive Director of the Open Company and Managing Director Foundation of the investment company Pattern Invest.
  • Gabriel is also involved in the activities of the following organizations with different positions: Member of the National Nomination Committee of Eisenhower Fellowships; Member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Economic Development and the Center for Health Policies and Services.

Diplomas and performances

  • In 2002, he followed the Entrepreneurship program at the London School of Economics. In 2003, he graduated from the Executive MBA program of ASEBUSS.
    He has a postgraduate degree in Business Management from the Academy of Economic Studies. His paper is “Change Management”.
  • Throughout his career he benefited from a series of formal or “out-door” trainings: 2002, BPP – Outdoor Training; 2000, Harvard Business School – Executive Program – Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management; 1999, J.F. Kennedy School of Government, Executive Program for Leaders in Development; 1998, Zirc, Hungary – Concordia Outdoor Training – Advanced Facilitation Seminar; 1998 Vienna, SI Organizational Development Department – Strategy Development; 1997 Budapest, Action Learning Associates USA – Facilitative Leadership – Tapping the Power of Participation.
