She has over 14 years of experience in human resources and management, both in business (IT & outsourcing) and the non-profit sector.

Currently, she occupies the human resources function at European level for one of the leading companies in the outsourcing industry.

Graduate of EMBA Asebuss 2005-2007. Graduate of the Human Resources Management program EXEC-EDU 2008.
She is an ICF Accredited Coach – International Coach Federation, ACC level – Associate Certified Coach.
She is an EXEC-EDU accredited and certified CNFPA trainer, from 2010.
From 1998 to 2001 she received an internship at IMC International Business School – Budapest in the fields of organizational development, business communication and project management, as well as a 6-month internship at American University – Washington DC in the field of international human rights law.
Bachelor degree at Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 1996.
Authors of reports on the transposition of European Union legislation in Romania in the area of the labor market and social affairs (2005 – 2012). She has authored numerous articles on human resources management, organizational development, leadership and personal development.
