Professional experience

  • She uses the instruments of transactional analysis from 2004, in various projects, such as: workshops, school counseling, editorial projects.
  • She is involved in organizing and conducting a training program in Transactional Analysis alongside the international Yorkshire Training Center (YTC).
  • She deals with personal development and psychotherapy within an individual psychology office.
  • She has organizational experience in the Romanian Transactional Analysis Association (ARAT), where she is a member of the Professional Committee.
  • She was a counselor in a private educational system, between 2007 and 2009, a context in which she centered on working with children and on parenting education elements.

Diplomas and performances

  • She participated in specialization programs in counseling and psychotherapy at the University of Santiago de Compostela, in Spain, International Center of Transactional Analysis, in Bucharest, and the United Kingdom Association for Psychotherapy Integration.
  • She is a member of the editorial team of the Transactional Analysis Journal (TAJ), an international publication.

A thought from the trainer

I think I did a good job when the class participants leave the classroom with new questions, rather than with definite answers or vehement beliefs. It is for me an indicator that what they learned at the training helped them to look at things from another perspective, nuanced their reference framework. By facilitating self-knowledge, I propose a different pair of glasses that can look at the world and relationships with others. The emphasis is on how you can build a team with yourself before you team up with the people around you. “
