Within the program, we will address topics such as:

  • Project structure. You understand how a project works from A to Z and where the points that make the difference between delivery and delay appear.
  • Project team. You build a team that knows who decides, who executes, and how to communicate under pressure.
  • Project management plan. You develop a concrete plan, with a clear structure that your team understands and follows.
  • Execution, monitoring and control. You know at all times where you are compared to the plan and what actions to correct before they become problems.
  • Change management. Manage change requests, with control over scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Closing the project. You close the project with a clear strategy, documented lessons, and a deliverable that leaves things in order.
  • Project management methodologies – common points and differences (Agile vs Waterfall).

If a student wishes to cancel their registration, this must be done in writing, at least 15 days before the start of the course, and the amount paid will be refunded in full. If the cancellation is done in writing, less than 15 days before the start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded, less 20%, representing administrative costs. If the cancellation is received less than 7 days before the start of the course, the amount paid will not be refunded.
