Together We Heal
A special EXEC-EDU fundraising project for Ukrainian refugees relocated to Romania by companies. The funds will be directed to psychological counseling and coaching services.
We live in a completely atypical period that comes to destabilize us emotionally even more, because beyond any role, we are, first of all, humans. We were deeply impressed by the efforts of companies and Romanians in general to come to the aid of refugees, and we want to join the humanitarian efforts, making our experience available.
For this purpose, we, EXEC-EDU, propose 3 programs adapted to this period, to raise founds. They will be directed entirely to 1-on-1 psychological counseling and coaching services for Ukrainian refugees relocated in Romania by companies. We are in close contact with HR managers who have spent nights and days to offer food and shelter to their Ukrainian colleagues, and they all told us that they are emotionally overwhelmed and some of them live a major trauma.
Company registrations in this campaign are made until 31 Martie.

We are open to organize for you other programs and workshops, depending on your immediate interests and priorities.
*The registrations for therapy sessions and coaching will be made in the order of their reception and will be scheduled with the help of the representatives of HR departments of the companies that have made or will make arrangements to ring colleagues from Ukraine to Romania. Sessions will be conducted in English.
