I don’t think you can succeed without being fulfilled, and for that you need balance. Structure, discipline and perseverance are qualities that helped me maintain this balance. Even if the life of an entrepreneur is very demanding, I focus equally on the personal and professional side.

Practicing different sports constantly for over 16 years, a healthy diet and focus on sleep, helped me maintain physical and mental health, having a good mood even in this pandemic. I spend time with quality people and I have hobbies that charge me with endorphins. Many people ask what’s my secret, how am I always smiling! I have just shared it with you.

Success in entrepreneurship showed up when graduating the Executive MBA program at ASEBUSS, which brought me an overview of the business. But learning never stopped here. EXEC-EDU’s programs completed the puzzle: from human resources management to communication and well-being. During these courses I gained essential information about running a successful business, I expanded my network and generated new developing ideas.

This year Auditeco, the environmental consulting and auditing company I run with my husband, turns 25 and it is our “child”. In this quarter of a century, the company has become known worldwide and I am very proud that we have developed specialists in this field, with most of them still here with us.
