After an 11-year career at ING, Mona decided to become an entrepreneur and she founded Extensa Coaching & Training, a company that offers individual and team coaching assistance, as well as training and consulting services in the organizational context.

Professional experience

  • In her career at ING Holland, she has held various management positions, and for the past 3 years she has been an internal organizational coach within a large team coaching program. In this program at ING, where approximately 5000 employees took part, in over 500 teams, she got familiar with the Management Drives tool.
  • She’s an exclusive partner of Management Drives for Romania.

Diplomas and performances

  • Mona Zondervan followed the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics in Timișoara and since 1990 she lives in Holland.
  • She’s a Master Practitioner in Management Drives method.
  • She’s specialized in the co-active coaching methods for which she followed a training program in Amsterdam and San Francisco at the CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) – the most well-known institute of coaching in the world.
