M-am inscris la „Leadership 360” cu scopul de a „deveni un om mai bun”. Pe parcursul desfasurarii cursului, urmare a discutiilor foarte interesante conduse cu talent de traineri, pe baza testelor de personalitate si a evaluarii inteligentei emotionale, scopul declarat a luat, putin cate putin, o alta directie: „dezvoltarea celorlalti”.
Ca o concluzie, acest curs m-a ajutat sa imi constientizez mai bine calitatile si sa inteleg care sunt competentele care necesita imbunatatire pentru a fi „omul mai bun” care sa ii „dezvolte pe ceilalti”.
