Lidia Baltag has a career spanning over 20 years in sales. She has worked predominantly in the insurance industry, at companies such as Allianz Țiriac Insurance and AVIVA Life Insurance, where she was recognized for her work with the 3rd place in the country out of 1000 agents and represented the company in various top publications (e.g. Ziarul Financiar, Revista Unica).

Passionate about sales, she has held management positions in companies with different profiles, in the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. She was Sales Director for C.N. UNIFARM S.A. real estate, Franchise manager for BLITZ real estate and Trainer and Trainer Coordinator, within several European Projects.

Professional experience

  • Lidia has delivered sales training programs within several European Projects;
  • In the insurance field, he built portfolios through B2C and B2B sales, but as a manager, he created sales teams that he managed and prepared for B2C and B2B sales, developed sales strategies and ensured their implementation.
  • In both the pharmaceutical and real estate industries, Lidia created and coordinated sales teams, trained and supported each person step by step towards performance in sales, customer relationship management, and increasing team performance.
