Emotional Assertiveness course helps you communicate clearly and calmly, manage your own emotions and those of others, and build more effective and trusting relationships. Through practical exercises and concepts from emotional intelligence, you will learn to handle conflicts without aggression, say “no” without tension, and become more assertive in both your personal and professional life.
The course is delivered exclusively in English.
