Leadership 360 is the only complete and integrated program in Romania that develops at least 10 skills necessary for a successful leader. More than a classic leadership course, it is an accelerator for developing the essential skills for 2030 identified by the World Economic Forum in “The Future of Jobs 2025”, with a strong focus on personal transformation, empathy, strategic thinking and adaptability.

For over 20 years, the program has been transforming leaders into the best version of themselves. Over the course of 4 months, you will explore essential topics for your leadership role: strategy and personal fulfillment, team motivation, conflict and change management, growth mindset, coaching, and more.

One of the most profound conversations you can have with yourself without words is in the company of a horse. Here you will find a safe space, a dedicated time and the gentlest partner.
