Monica is a business consultant, coach, trainer, speaker and author and has over 20 years of experience in the fields of business strategy, management and finance.

As a top manager for one of the largest European banks, he led teams of between 90 and 500 people and managed budgets of 20-30 million Euros per year.

In 2017, he gave up his corporate career for entrepreneurship where he helped over 3,000 companies and entrepreneurs grow/launch their businesses.

During this period, Monica Ducu has held over 400 workshops and trainings, had over 20,000 participants at conferences, webinars, courses, and has been an ambassador for Mindvalley for 6 years.

Since 2023, Monica has implemented artificial intelligence in over 100 businesses, launched the first AI course in Romania on the application of artificial intelligence in business, and held conferences on AI for more than 5,000 participants.
