What is not?
It is not a motivational course and it is not a “quick fix” program. It does not promise universal solutions and does not offer shortcuts to growth.
The program is differentiated by its practical and applied approach. Yes, the impact is deep and lasting, and we are there for you with a safe framework for practice, honest mirrors, and applied tools to transform intentions into stable behaviors.

1. 3–5 clear strategic priorities for your role, plus a concrete personal strategy plan
2. 1 new behavior, which you practice for 30 days, to concretely change a pattern that is blocking you
3. An EQ emotional intelligence diagnosis and 3–5 simple self-regulation benchmarks to recognize your reactions and remain calm and firm under pressure, conflict, and difficult feedback
4. A practical leadership lesson at the riding school! 2 outdoor experiential days, in partnership with Horse Touch.
5. 2–3 models of difficult conversations that you apply immediately (feedback, low performance, conflict), plus role-play on real cases
6. A 30–40 min coaching conversation that you know how to lead, plus 7 concrete coaching strategies for performance
7. A simple plan for the team, adapted to its stage of maturity, to increase the cohesion and delivery of your people
8. Final development plan: Leadership Challenge, feedback and a clear commitment to implementation after the program
