I have more than 15 years experience as Human Resources Manager, in local an multinaitonal companies, covering various areas of activity: transformation & organizational development, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, internal communication, work relationships. During this time, I am engaged in coaching and personal develpment projects.

I got here both because of the experience and the courses I took, but the synchronicities and the circumstances in which I found myself also contributed. Along my path, I was lucky enough to meet wonderful people who guided me at the right time, as well as my responsibility and lifelong learning contributed to my development. At the beginning of the road, the course Strategic Management of Human Resources, organized by EXEC-EDU was the experience that helped me make the decision to choose this profession, close to my soul – human resources with smiles.😊 This was the beginning of a journey sprinkled with many practical experiences and training programs, including an MBA.

Succesul se obține prin pasiunea și responsabilitatea pe care fiecare dintre noi le investește în munca sa, indiferent de vârstă.
