During his career in EXEC-EDU he was always motivated by the passion for people, the empathy and the proactivity with which he treated each client contributing in this way to increase their loyalty. Through his contribution to the satisfaction and retention of the EXEC-EDU students, Mihnea is proud that he supports approximately 50% of the company’s sales volume year after year. Besides this, Mihnea has a personal business in which he offers consulting and support for SMEs, in order to make their activity more efficient and to increase their performances.

Professional experience

  • For over 10 years Mihnea has been active in the training industry, being mainly responsible for identifying the most suitable development solutions for managers and entrepreneurs in Romania.
  • He has held various positions as coordinator of programs, sales or customer service, and is currently Project Manager of the training company EXEC-EDU – part of the business school ASEBUSS.

Diplomas and performances

  • He graduated ASE, the Faculty of Business Administration, as well as a Romanian-German MBA, within the same institution.
  • He has participated in several development programs in marketing, sales, customer service, project management or leadership and holds a trainer certificate since 2009.
