The program is based on experimenting and exercising (because “knowing doesn’t mean doing”): every participant will deliver in front of their colleagues for at least 30 minutes, as a trainer, coordinating an exercise, realizing a presentation etc. At the end of the program, graduates will receive an ANC certificate.

The program is for you if: You are already a trainer, and you want to add to your experience an ANC certificate to be involved in as many projects of this type as possible. You are at the beginning of your career in this profession and you want to benefit from the know-how and to interact with other trainers. You are an internal trainer and you want to practice and develop your skills.
