• The risk assessment process and specific techniques – (brainstorming, interviews, Delphi, PHA, HAZOP, HACCP, toxicity, “what if”, scenarios, BIA, RCA, etc.);
• Ways to prioritize risks;
• Risk prioritization methods – case study;
• Practical simulation on the participants’ examples of Business case (part 3).

• Methods of counteracting risks (acceptance, transfer, avoidance);
• Risk contraction – planning, identifying specific actions, evaluating strategies;
• Risk monitoring and control;
