We invite you to discover a new way of life, based on the practice of mindfulness, the art of living consciously, in harmony with ourselves and the outside world.

We will also discuss what it means, why it is important, and how we can cultivate mindfulness practices in our daily lives.

The program will have a mostly practical weight, in a comfortable environment and connected to the inner reality of the participants.

We will discover:

  • What does Mindfulness mean and what are its benefits?
    Current studies show that practicing mindfulness has a beneficial effect on all aspects of life — emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. We will begin the journey by focusing on the breath and the five senses.
  • Connecting with the body
    By carefully observing the physical sensations, we will get closer to our body and we will be able to decipher the signals it sends us permanently. We will thus reduce the state of stress and allow the power of self-healing to manifest naturally.
  • Observing the interaction between thoughts and emotions
    We will train ourselves to observe our thoughts and emotions and how they permanently influence us. We will find new ways to relate to our inner states without rejecting or attaching to them. We will develop the ability to take a step back and choose the conscious answer instead of the automatic reaction.
  • Mindfulness in everyday life
    We will test the exit from the “autopilot”, giving up multitasking and focusing on every task of the day, whether it is pleasant or less pleasant. Conversation with colleagues, eating, writing, driving, absolutely any activity can be used to anchor us in the present and live with freshness and novelty every moment of life.

Anca has 22 years of experience working in national and multinational companies and 4 years of experience in entrepreneurship.   • Clarifications about what is and what is not mindfulness and how it can be useful in everyday life;
