- Companies complain of a lack of connection within and between teams. Online meetings have become more and more frequent, occupying most of the working schedule. Managers are overwhelmed trying to manage various difficulties, from the lack of production or inefficient communication or the appearance of personal crises in their colleagues’ lives. These challenges have consequences on organizational culture, team engagement and people well-being.
