The HR Management program is the only complex program in this field that gives you a complete picture of the HR department, from the perspective of a manager or future human resources manager – along with a valuable certificate and access to an elite community.

By participating in this program, you will have the chance not only to obtain valuable and up-to-date information from highly experienced practitioners, but also to practice it through case studies, debates and exchange of ideas with fellow HR specialists.

Where – blended format – Zoom (live) and classroom
When – January 14 – March 13, 2025, Thursday between 17:30 – 20:00 (online) and between 14:00 and 20:15 in the classroom

Team meetings – weekly, outside the program schedule

WRITTEN EXAM AND FINAL PROJECT with practical character

You can choose to participate in all 3 modules or only a part of them. The final exam can be taken only after completing all three modules. At the end of the course, graduates will also receive a Human Resources Manager certificate, authorized by CAFFPA.

  • How we build our human resources budget;
  • From company goals to individual goals and human resource indicators.

Module 2. Employment, retention and satisfaction of human resources

  • Recruitment and selection process;
  • Training and development of employees;
  • Motivation, satisfaction and involvement in work;
  • HR and performance management;
  • Employee satisfaction through salaries, benefits and compensation;
  • Human Resources Budget – Interactive retail business case;

Module 3. Legislation and administration in HR

  • Labor law – Individual employment contract;
  • Labor legislation – Collective labor contracts;
  • HR administration;
  • Human resources audit
