1. Setting the expectations and purpose of the event, explaining the working format

  • Why a conflict management program?
  • What are the individual goals? What does the program offer?
  • What is the working format?


2. How can I get to know my discussion partners? Behavioral patterns and their manifestation in conflict

  • Behavior patterns – “good boy”, “analytical”, “dominant”, “expressive”;
  • Behavioral typologies – choleric, bloody, phlegmatic, melancholic;
  • How to intuit the pattern and use knowledge in the interest of developing a relationship?
  • Is it enough to know or “know” myself as well?
  • Mental Models and “Optimal” Thinking (defining the problem, duration of action, exploring options, eliminating unrealistic options, examining the consequences of each decision, sorting out solutions, choosing the optimal solution);


3. How can I “lead” my discussion partners? Conflict management:

  • Sources of conflict;
  • Conflict feelings and conflict behaviors (red, blue, green, hub);
  • Jung typologies and aversiveness or appetite for conflict;
  • Constructive or destructive conflict;
  • Conflict spiral, conflict management strategies;
  • How to apply interpersonal conflict management styles (collaboration, avoidance, competition / coercion, accommodation)?
