- Generate clear and professional presentations in minutes, on your real case, ready to deliver.
Smart Synthesis with NotebookLM
- Transform documents into insights: infographics, structured summaries, short videos. Demo applied to your materials.
Feedback, validation & Certificate
- Feedback structured on deliverables, validation of deliverables, implementation plan on Monday morning and handing over of the AI Performer certificate.
Methodology & frameworks
The program uses its own methodology, already tested on real teams in companies:

Marius has been leading Alumil Romania (a company listed on the BVB) for over 8 years, with a board of executives and 180 employees, and has over 20 years of executive experience. In the last 2 years, he has taken on a concrete project: to transform the way people in the organization relate to work on AI as a performance tool. He has gone through all the stages he teaches — from individual experimentation to collective adoption. He speaks from the inside, from the top management of a corporation, not from theory. In the last year, he has successfully delivered AI Transformation workshops and programs in companies in Romania.
